Hi, everyone, it is Janel, and I have a my weekly Saturday challenge for you! Have you seen the new Timeless kit that Kiki has out at Scrapbook-Elements??? It is gorgeous!!! (You can click the preview below to go to the store for a close up view!) My challenge for you this week is to do a great layout about time, a time of year, a great time in your life, or the passage of time!
I did one for autumn, and I of course had to use the new Timeless kit!
OK, so here is what you need to do:
Try and use some Kiki items in your layout! Upload your layout to your favorite online gallery, come back to this post and post the link in the comments for this post by Friday, October 31st at midnight EST. If you aren't comfortable with that, you may post your LO on your blog or your photobucket account instead. Just make sure you link us up! We will choose a layout (using the random number generator) to win a $5 gift certificate. Here is the best part, the winner picks which one of Kiki’s shops you want to spend it in. Can I get a woo hoo??!! Which will it be Plain Digital Wrapper, Scrapbook-Elements, or Sunshine Studio Scraps?

What a week! Hope you all had fun!
Well, it's hard to believe but the week of celebration is over. It was so filled with fun and all those goodies. There were new products available at amazing deals too! We had some winners who sported my fan blinkie for the celebration. Congrats to RoverGal, Netty, and KimberlyRae at DST. They'll be enjoying more goodies! And congrats to Kiki's Greatest Fan, graciesgram! She'll be a new CT member for the month of November!
But there's more exciting news to be had...onto my new release at Scrapbook-Elements.com today:
I was inspired by the fall colours, and I wanted to make a kit that I could use for photos of my husband. Of course my CT team also have men in their lives, and they need something masculine to scrap with too. I'm sure you do as well. So Timeless was born.
Classics never go out of style--they're 'timeless'! The color palette in this kit includes sage green, burnt orange and dark gray. The papers are lightly-textured and beautifully color washed with subtle patterns; you'll find no end of uses for masculine, heritage or any other layout you can think of. The embellishments will add a perfect touch: classy clock borders and one single foil clock, a full-size bracket in a neutral shade, buttons, brads, two different photo corners, ribbons, beaded wire, flourishes and frames. Your memories are timeless...this kit make sure you're scrapbook pages are too! 11 patterned and textured papers, 3 clock borders, 3 frames, 2 different leaves, 2 buttons, 1 beaded wire, 1 string, 1 swirl, 1 journal tag, 1 journal card, 1 metal nameplate, 1 plain wire, 1 foil clock, 1 brad, 1 grosgrain ribbon, 1 set metal photo corners (4 each), 1 set fabric photo corner (4 each), 1 curly ribbon.
And of course, when you get it Sunday or Monday, it's on sale. So hurry over to pick it up and get those autumn pictures into some layouts!
And keep your eyes here for a CT call of a different kind. I'm on the hunt for some hybrid project members. The call will be going out this week, so I hope to see some interesting project photos in the applications.

Don't you love Fridays?
Hi everyone. Kiki here. I just love Fridays. It's the end of something and the beginning of another. The end of the week, and the beginning of the weekend - all at the same time. Kind of like my digital design anniversary. The end of two years of designing and the start of the third. I'm not done yet by any means. I hope that you are enjoying playing along with us in our celebration. If you haven't done so yet, make sure you play Kiki's Greatest Fan, which was posted just a few days ago. And as always, if you are making any lovely pages of your memories with my products, I'd love to hear from you. I always enjoy seeing beautiful layouts. I also enjoy hearing feedback on my products too.
Did you know that Plain Digital Wrapper now has challenges on their forum, that you can use as inspiration to reach in a new direction, to learn a new skill, or to just get those pictures all scrapped. Be sure to visit and see what's new there. In November, you'll see a new challenge from me there as well. It's a QP Exchange really. So how better to tease and tantalize you than to give you another taste of what you'll get from that challenge:

I hope you're ready for more party fun! Cause I've got a few really cool party tricks up my sleeve...
Firstly, a layout contest:
Make a layout with Damask Romance.
Upload it to a gallery of your choice
Link your layout in the comments of this post
And you could be the lucky winner of a $5 GC
My next trick is a reminder of the blinkie contest over at DST. You could win the kit of your choice from Kiki Halbert Designs!
And last but not least, another freebie with Damask Romance. (Download expired)
ETA: Link to the freebie is fixed, so sorry about that!

It's Party Time!!!
Woo Hoo! Party time at Kiki's place.
Personally I think she just wanted to see how much stamina we all really had LOL. BTW, think mine is done :) Just kidding Kiki (shhhhh not really but don't tell her) It has been a blast preparing for all the activities and the week is just going to get better. So make sure you don't miss it. Every day there is something special and sometimes more than one thing. So don't miss even one day. We have all worked very hard to make YOU feel special this week, so
COME ON IN, RELAX, HAVE SOME FUN, DO A BIT OF SCRAPPIN', AND GET SOME FREEBIES!
Let's start this party off with a new kit. Damask Romance is soft, femine and ready for many types of LO's. And it's on sale all week! Plus remember, if you purchase it you will have many opportunities to get other free stuff with it. I can't say much because it's Top Secret, but I can say it's GREAT!
Pick this up at ScrapbookElements starting Sunday, Oct. 12.
I can tell you this much...it will come in handy this week!
And of course NO party is complete without the gifts!
Here's a QP I made that coordinates with Damask Romance
and I left plenty of room for your own personalization.
(Download expired). Don't forget to come back each and everyday this week for the rest of the goodies. You can still come by after this week too!

{Wow what a week planned!}
It's party time! I'm celebrating my second year as a digital designer!
There is so much that's going on this week, from Sunday, October 12th to October 18th, it's making me and my Creative Team, the Kokonuts, absolutely dizzy! We almost couldn't fit it all into one graphic. So I'll give some a breakdown of some of the events without giving it all away. You'll just have to pop in to see what's going to be happening next!
Everything at PDW and SUN = $2, and $2 off everything $3 and more at SBE
All week, my products over $3 at Scrapbook-Elements.com are going to be $2 off. So take advantage of that sale! You'll find some beautiful new kits like Damask Romance and Je Ne Sais Quoi.
And at my store at Plain Digital Wrapper and Sunshine Studio Scraps, every personal use product will be $2 or less. For the week. Wow! How crazy is that? It's time to stock up people!
Wait...it gets better!!! $10 GCs
Interested in spending $2 and getting money back? Yes, you read that right. Here's how it works.
At my stores at Plain Digital Wrapper and Sunshine Studio Scraps, every 10th completed sale from each store, that is the 10th order at PDW, and the 10th order at SUN, gets a $10 coupon for my products from that store.
Every tenth order. So, let's work this out. That's a 1 in 10 chance of getting $10 to spend on newer products that might be coming out later, or right away. The choice is yours. So don't miss out.
Now, what else is going on....oh yes. You'll want to be here, for at least a little visit, every day. You never know what you'll find to add your stash. *wink*
And there's going to be contests, challenges, and prizes galore! So don't miss out! Make sure you visit every day. Subscribe to my blog to be sure you know about changes. That way you won't miss out.
I know it's going to be a blast for us this week. Be here for the fun!
